Terms of Service

1. The service

KumoMCP is a cloud MCP gateway: it provides hosted MCP endpoints that connect the services you choose — Google Search Console and Google Analytics through our own read-only integrations, and remote MCP servers from our catalog or your own — to MCP-compatible AI assistants. The service is operated by a sole proprietor trading as KumoMCP ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials, for the credentials you store for connected servers, and for keeping your MCP URL confidential — anyone with the URL can use every tool you enabled on that endpoint. You can rotate the URL from your dashboard at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to access data or endpoints belonging to other users;
• probe, disrupt or overload the service, or circumvent rate limits and plan quotas;
• use the service in violation of applicable law, of Google's terms, or of the terms of any third-party server you connect;
• connect a server or store a credential that you are not authorised to use, or point the service at private networks or at our own infrastructure;
• resell the service without our written consent.

4. Connected services and your data

Google services use read-only Google authorization that you grant and can revoke at any time. Your use of Google products remains subject to Google's own terms.

Third-party MCP servers you connect are provided by their operators under their own terms; we forward your requests to them and pass their responses back to your MCP client, and we are not responsible for their availability, content or conduct. Tools that modify data on a connected server are disabled until you enable them; you are responsible for what your AI assistant does with the tools you enable. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Plans, fees and billing

The Free plan is provided at no cost with the limits shown on the pricing page.

The Pro plan is available as a monthly subscription ($9.90 per month), a yearly subscription ($79 per year) or a one-time lifetime license ($199). Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or through the link in your Paddle receipt; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep Pro access until then. The lifetime license is a single payment that grants Pro-tier access for as long as KumoMCP operates the service; it is tied to your account and is not transferable.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on first payments.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for or to a lifetime license already purchased.

6. Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the service depends on Google APIs and on third-party MCP servers that are outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or zero for Free plan usage). We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security risks. Upon termination, your connections, stored credentials and endpoints are deactivated and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
